- The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2014-0101-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Contra Costa Resource Conservation District. The Project is limited to the improvement of a 2,425 linear foot segment of Alhambra Valley Road in the unincorporated area of Contra Costa County, in the State of California. The Project is limited to the conversation and modification of three existing storm drain culverts that convey water under Alhambra Valley Road. One riparian tree shall be removed as a result of this Project.
