Document Description
The project is limited to extension of a culvert and removal and replacement of an existing concrete energy dissipater. These improvements will support a large road widening and safety improvement project. The project is locate at an unnamed tributary to Mount Diablo Creek, in the county of Contra Costa, State of California; Latitude 37.881111, Longitude - 121.888611. The site is approximately 3 miles east of the city of Clayton in unincorporated Contra Costa County and runs along Marsh Creek Road, starting roughly 5,200 feet east of Russelmann Park Road and ending 3,200 feet west of Morgan Territory Road. The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is executing Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2012-0427-R3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, the Contra Costa County Public Works Department.
