The approximately 1.5-acre Skinner Fish Science Building Project consists of the construction of an aquaculture building, storage warehouse, covered outdoor work area, uncovered equipment pad, parking area, and an access platform to two new pumps. The Project is located adjacent to the Skinner Delta Fish Protective Facility which is located on the southwest side of Clifton Court Forebay in eastern Contra Costa County.
