- The project will include the construction of a fish aquaculture building, storage building, a covered outdoor work area, an uncovered equipment pad, an access platform to pumps that will withdraw water from the intake canal, a parking area for personnel, and separate concrete pads for a transformer and a back-up generator. Once these buildings are completed they will allow DWR to perform the types of fish research required by the Operations, Criteria and Plan Biological Opinion's issued by USFWS and NMFS for the State Water Project. The work will occur between October 2012 and August 2013.
