Note: Review per lead The 60th Air Mobility Wing at Travis Air Force Base proposes to construct a new Base Civil Engineer Complex. Base Civil Engineer functions are presently dispersed throughout 55 mostly outdated, difficult to maintain, substandard facilities. A new BCE Complex will consolidate these functions and result in more efficient operations and lower maintenance and utility costs.
