The proposed project is adoption and implementation of Proposed Amendments to New Passenger Motor Vehicles Greenhouse Gas Emission Standards for Model Years 2017-2025 to Permit Compliance Based on Federal GHGE Standards and Additional Minor Revisions to the Low Emission Vehicles (LEV III) and the Zero Emission Vehicle (ZEV) Regulations. The CA ARB prepared and adopted an environmental analysis (EA) (SCH 2011122029) for the Advanced Clean Cars Program, which include amendments to the LEV III and ZEV regulations. The proposed project is comprised of administrative changes to the existing regulations.
