Document Description
California's Advanced Clean Cars Program (ACC) is a suite of regulatory actions that provide a new emissions-control program for car model years 2017 through 2025. The program combines the control of smog, soot and global warming gasses and requirements for greater numbers of zero-emission vehicles into a single package of standards. The regulations include amendments to the California Criteria Pollutant Exhaust and Greenhouse Gas regulations, Evaporative Emission Standards and Test Procedures, Onboard Diagnostic System requirements for passenger cars, light-duty trucks and medium-duty vehicles, Fuel Specifications for the E-10 Certification Fuel; (2) Amendments to the CA Zero Emission Vehicle regulations, and; (3) Amendments to the Clean Fuels regulations.
