Document Description
The County proposes construction of a new 60,000 s.f. primary care health center on an approximately five-acre site located at the northwest corner of East Santa Clara Street and North 17th Street in San Jose. The proposed health center would be three stories tall (up to 65 feet). While the project site is located within the City of San Jose, the County of Santa Clara owns the project site and is the Lead Agency under CEQA. The proposed health center would include primary care (adult medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics and urgent care for non-emergency medical problems), outpatient imaging, laboratory services (specimen collection only), and outpatient pharmacy.
