Document Description
The project proposes to construct a 60,000 square foot primary care medical clinic on an approximately five-acre site located on the northwest quadrant of East Santa Clara Street and North 17th Street in San Jose. The proposed clinic would be three-stories and up to 65 feet tall. An existing medical clinic (the Mediplex Building) is located on the project site. The County is considering two options following completion of the proposed 60,000 square foot medical clinic: 1) retaining the existing 34,000-square foot Mediplex Building as office space for County programs; or 2) demolishing the Mediplex Building once the proposed medical clinic is fully operational.
