Document Description
The project is located along SR4/Main Street between Highway 160 and Big Break Road in the City of Oakley, in Contra Costa County. The City proposes to widen SR4/Main Street between southern ramp to Highway 160. Currently the street is a four-lane undivided roadway with two 12-feet wide lanes in each direction separated by a 10 feet median between 160 and Big Break Road. These two lanes in each direct will be widened to 3 lanes each direction each 12 feet in width and 14 feet median separation.
