The Cordes Ranch Specific Plan contains land use, landscaping, circulation, sustainability, and infrastructure-related goals, policies, and actions to guide investment and development in the approximately 1,774-acre Plan Area, and sets forth a comprehensive planning and regulatory framework for development of the Plan Area. The Plan proposes a mix of commercial, retail and business park, and manufacturing and distribution uses, and an organizing concept for the Plan is the creation of districts of clustered compatible land uses.
