FYI Fonsi The SR 89/Fanny Bridge Community Revitalization Project is located at the State Route (SR) 28/SR 89 intersection in Tahoe City in eastern Placer County. The project would include realignment of SR 89, construction of a new bridge over the Truckee River, repair or replacement of Fanny Bridge, and various other improvements to address the following: existing traffic, bicycle, and pedestrian congestion; traffic safety and operations; emergency access on SR 89 and SR 28; the structural integrity of Fanny Bridge; and vehicle emissions and stormwater treatment.
