Document Description
The request is to rezone the project site to facilitate the merger and residential re-subdivision of four parcels crated by Parcel Map 25-83 (23PM88). The residential re-subdivision would result in the creation of 10 parcels ranging from 3.72 acres in size to 6.54 acres in size. The project would require the construction of approximately 3,000 feet of paved road/driveway surface, an approximately 1,430 feet of paved and/or graveled emergency fire escape road; and the extension of waterlines and installation of meters to serve nine of the ten parcels (one of the parcels would contain existing residential development). The undeveloped lots would be developed with residential uses at a future date. Future residential development would include construction of single-family residences and accessory buildings, on-site sewage disposal systems; private driveways, extension of utilities to serve the individual residences; and other common residential improvements.
