Document Description
The request is to modify an existing conceptual development plan within a Commercial Recreation zone district. The existing conceptual development plan was adopted with a rezoning to the C-R zone district enacted in the year 2000. The existing conceptual development plan includes a recreational facility for a maximum of 72 visitors (including day use of hot baths at the property), 12 tent/recreational vehicle camping sites, hot baths, the use of existing buildings for an office and museum, a 1,000 s.f. maintenance/shop building, and a massage therapy building. The existing C-R zone requires driveways at the facility to be paved with asphalt concrete. The applicant has requested to pave with soil cement in lieu of asphalt concrete.
