1) A Coastal Development Permit, pursuant to the provisions of Section 12.27-A of the Los Angeles Municipal Code (LAMC), to account for a proposed increase in service floor area from 720 s.f. to 1,057 s.f.; 2) A CUP, pursuant to the provisions of Section 12.24-W, 1 of the LAMC, to allow an increase in seating from 44 indoor seats to 75, and from 16 patio seats to 35; and 3) A Zone Variance, pursuant to the provisions of Section 12.27 of the LAMC, to provide 6 off-site leased parking spaces in support of the request to increase service floor area for an existing restaurant in the C2-1-O-CA Zone, and a Project Permit Compliance Review for the Venice Coastal Specific Plan to expand the service floor area and determine the number of parking spaces.
