Document Description
The project proposes to upgrade the culvert at Sheep Creek and Lone Pine Canyon Road. The goal is to complete culvert improvements to help maintain traffic operations on Lone Pine Canyon Road by preventing road closures due to flood events. The activities will include removal of the existing concrete channel culvert, wing wall and steel grates. The box culvert will be replaced with a 48-foot span by a 13-foot, 1.3-inch high concrete arch culvert. A ramp will serve as an access ramp during construction and maintenance of the channel. Excavations would be required to install slope protection, grade stabilization devices, and the culvert footings. General equipment will include excavator, grader, backhoe, dump truck, paving machine, water truck, and striping truck.
