Proposed construction of an approximately 7 mile recreational trail from the City of Carpinteria to east Camino Cielo at the top of the ridgeline. The trail would be built for multiple use, hikers, equestrians and mountain bikers, approx. 4-6 feet wide natural surface as well as utilizing portions of existing dirt road.
