Document Description
The proposed site measures approx. 3.87 acres and is located at the northwest corner of Greenleaf Avenue and los Nietos Road. USA Consolidators, Inc, is proposing to excavate the existing clay cup and oilfield waste material from the project site described above, subdivide the site into two separate parcels measuring 76,044sq ft (Parcel 1) and 92,682 sq ft (Parcel 2), respectively, and construct a 37,982 square foot concrete tilt-up warehouse building on Parcel A with Parcel b left in reserve for a future building once existing environmental conditions have been properly mitigated.
