Temporary relocation of the Roosevelt student population and inter-school bus transfer station during construction, removal of portable classroom buildings, relocation of two sewer lines into adjacent streets, demolition of onsite buildings and infrastructure, construction of new buildings and infrastructure, relocation of students and bus transfer station back to the new campus. Total new building square footage is about 110,000 sf. New facilities would house the current student population from K to 5th grade, with administration, 48 classrooms, library/media center, visual arts/music rooms, technology/computer center, multi-purpose room, food services and parking structure.
