Document Description
The proposed project would increase the amount of residential development allowed in PA 33 by amending the City's General Plan and Zoning Ordinance to add residential uses as conditionally permitted land uses on the subject sites. The number of allowed residential units within PA 33 would increase from 3,150 to 4,356. Based on prior approvals and the building of both The Village and The Park apartment communities, 3,006 dwelling units have been built or are currently under construction in Planning Area 33. Therefore, the proposed project would allow for an additional 1,350 dwelling units. The proposed project also includes construction of associated parking structures, open space amenities on-site and related off-site street and utility improvements.
