Document Description
The proposed project is a Tentative Parcel Map 19331, to subdivide a 20 acre parcel into two 10 acre parcels for the purpose of lot sales. The project site lies within the unincorporated portion of San Bernardino County in the Yucaipa area. The project location is Holly Avenue, approximately 666 feet east of the intersection of Sprig Avenue. The County's General Plan designates the project site as OG/RL-10, a residential zoning district. The site is located within the Fire Safety Overlay 1 area (FS 1), the Low to Moderate Generalized Landslide Overlay, and the MRZ 3 - known but undetermined significance - Mineral Resources Overlay. An earthquake fault is shown crossing the northern portion of the project site, beyond the area of the two proposed lots where the building pads are proposed.
