The football/track field would be lighted and developed with synthetic turf and track. It would have 3,400 permanent spectator, 2,650 seats more than the existing. Two buildings would be built for restroom and concession facilities, and storage. The existing softball and baseball field lights would be replaced. Two new tennis courts would be developed in the area of the existing basketball and volleyball courts, and two new basketball courts would be developed at an existing staff parking lot, resulting in the loss of 30 spaces.
