Document Description
Approval of a TPM in compliance with County Code Chapter 21 in the AG-I-20 zone district under the Land Use and Development Code, to subdivide an existing 42.05 acre (gross and net) parcel into two parcels. Proposed Parcel A would be 21.05 (gross and net) acres in area, Proposed Parcel B would be 21.0 (gross and net) acres in area. Domestic water for Proposed Parcel B would be provided by an existing domestic water well located on Proposed Parcel A via easement. Domestic water for Proposed Parcel A would utilize existing service by the Oak Trail Ranch Mutual Water Company. Sewage disposal would be provided by private septic systems utilizing the drywell disposal method. Access would be provided by private driveways via Oak Trail Road. No grading, tree vegetation removal is proposed as part of this project.
