Document Description
CDFW is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA # 1600-2014-0083-R6) pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, SG2 Imperial Valley LLC, represented by Mr. Brian Kunz 135 Main Street, 6th Floor, City of San Francisco, State of California, 94105, Phone 415-925-2000. The Applicant is proposing to improve (widen and pave) the Young Road site access driveway and also replace and extend underlying agricultural drainage infrastructure in order to improve access to the Solar Gen 2-Arkansas Solar Energy Project. The project will consist of the widening/paving of the site access driveway, removal of existing drainage culvert pipes, replacing and extending the drainage culvert pipes with 48-inch Class III reinforced concrete pipes and the construction of two (one inlet and one outlet) headwall/wingwall structures with concrete aprons. A total of 0.22 acres of permanent impacts to jurisdictional streambed and a total of 0.01 acres of temporary impacts to jurisdictional streambed will result from the construction activities.
