Document Description
This project proposes to modify the disinfection process for the treatment of effluent that enters into the Los Angeles River and Malibu Creek. The modification is needed to comply with the requirements established in the Time Schedule Order (TSO) and Cease and Desist order issued by the Los Angeles Regional Water Quality Control Board on September 10, 2010, related to the new NPDES permit adopted for the Tapia Water Reclamation Facility.
