Document Description
AgroThrive, Inc. ("the applicant") owns an existing fertilizer manufacturing facility located at the former M&M Dairy site near the City of Gonzales, CA. The facility is currently noticed and regulated with the Monterey County Environmental Health Department serving as the Local Enforcement Agency for the CA Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery. The applicant is applying for a full Solid Waste Facility Permit and will be permitted as a Compostable Material Handling Facility.
