Conditional Use Permit 11-01 is an application submitted by Selective Telecommunications Consulting (on behalf of AT&T Mobility), to install a 70' high unmanned wireless communications facility to be disguised as a monopalm within a 230 square foot lease area at the Cactus Booster Station operated by Eastern Municipal Water District (21890 Cactus Avenue, Riverside, CA 92518). The tower will contain 12 panel antennas. An approximately 250' linear foot underground utility conduit will be installed to extend from the equipment cabinet to existing utility connections along Cactus Avenue near the entrance to the property. The facility will be unmanned, excluding occasional visits for routine maintenance. No stationary emergency back-up generators or microwave antennas are proposed with this project.
