Document Description
The Applicant proposes to 1) install an 18" storm drain outfall and associated riprap at the base of the slope of the tributary drainage to Grayson Creek, 2) install a storm drain pipe into the existing drainage system and outfall structure at the upstream end of the tributary to Grayson Creek, and 3) install a clear span 8" sewer line crossing over the tributary drainage approximately 200 feet upstream of the new outfall construction area. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2010-0111-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Seclusion Valley, LLC.
