As part of the Giacomini Wetland Restoration Project, the National Park Service has submitted petitions to change Water Right Licenses 3800 and 3827 (Applications 13322 and 13473) to dedicate water to Fish and Wildlife Enhancement and Preservation and Recreational uses and reserve a small amount for Domestic and Stockwatering.
