Document Description
The proposed project consists of the rehabilitation or replacement of 9 drainage systems in Humboldt County along Highways 101 and 254. The proposed project will upgrade six culverts. invert-pave one culvert, partially invert-pave another, and raise exisitng ditches at three locations. Additional work will involve placing headwalls or drain inlets, replacing down-drain systems, replacing a retaining wall/headwall at Location 3, and placing rock slope protection (RSP) at several locations. Caltrans has determined that the total project permanent impacts to ephemeral drainages and perennial streams will be 0.017 acres (73 linear feet).
