Document Description
The project is limited to placing rip rap on a bank with pre-existing rip rap. The bank faces the Sacramento River. The area to be rip-rapped is 50 feet long and a maximum of 8 feet high from the top of the bank down into the water with a rip rap depth of approximately 2 feet. A maximum of 44 cubic yards of rip rap shall be used to armor the bank erosion. The rip rap shall be transported to the site by barge and it shall be placed on the site from the barge.
