Document Description
This project involves re-grading the existing access road surface from the Ceanothus Reservoir to Ceanothus Drive, a centerline length of approximately 1170 feet. The re-grading will repair surface erosion and reestablish drainage controls to allow access to the reservoir for inspection and maintenance.
All existing drainage features and fencing shall be maintained or replaced and all work will be in accordance with the existing road easement. The contractor will implement a traffic control plan so that residents and emergency vehicles have access along Ceanothus Drive at all times.
