Document Description
Husch Vineyards filed a petition for change on May 19, 2010. The petition requests to reduce the season of direct diversion by 30 days and add 4 acre-feet of storage for Water Right License 10324. The addition of storage capacity will reduce impacts to the Navarro River during frost protection events and the reduction of the season of diversion will reduce water demand during the summer, thereby improving habitat for fish, plants, and wildfife.
