Document Description
Modus Corp., on behalf of Metro PCS was approved for a Site Development Review permit to install two new 25' tall light fixtures and relocate an existing 25' tall light fixture within the parking lot adjacent to the Valley Christian Center preschool building. Metro PCS proposes to install 5'6" tall (22 inches wide) gray fiberglass cylinders on top of these three light fixtures to conceal 2 wireless antenna in each. The project also includes a 200 square foot equipment enclosure at the perimeter of the parking lot.
