Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is issuing an after-the-fact Streambed Alteration Agreement (Agreement # 1600-2007-0093-R6) pursuant to Section 1602 of the California Fish and Game Code to the Project Applicant, Goose Creek Golf Club, LLC, represented by Mr. Ross Fisher. 11418 68th Street, Mira Loma, California, 91752, Phone (951) 735-3982. The Applicant impacted approximately 3.77 acres of the Santa Ana River in the construction of an earthen berm at the southern boundary of the Goose Creek Golf Course. The Applicant used heavy equipment to collect and place river bed sediments into the non-engineered berm. The dimensions of the berm are approximately 2,200 feet long, 8.5 feet high, and 34 feet wide at the base. The Applicant has agreed to vegetate the impacted area with native California riparian plants and monitor the site. The Applicant has also agreed to place a conservation easement on CDFG jurisdictional areas.
