Document Description
The project would include pedestrian and bicycle improvements along Sierra Park and Sierra Nevada Roads. In particular the project would include the following features:
" Construction of a new 8-foot wide sidewalk on the south side of Sierra Nevada and the east side of Sierra Park Road
" Construction of minor retaining and garden walls as needed to allow space for the sidewalk.
" Inclusion of a 4'-5' bike lane on each side of the street.
" New concrete burn and gutters.
" Minor landscape and hardscape improvements were required to conform to existing conditions.
" Modifications and improvements to existing drainage facilities as needed, including storm drain tie-ins along Sierra Park and Sierra Nevada.
" Utility coordination and relocation as needed.
