Document Description
SAA #1600-2011-0250-R5 The Project is limited to constructing a 100 square-foot, 1 to 2 foot deep earthen-bottomed debris basin and installing a standpipe riser within an unnamed tributary to Cajon Creek within the Caltrans Interstate 15 right-of-way within the Ken Fire burn area. The basin will be constructed immediately upstream of an existing 36" culvert that runs under Interstate 15. The purpose of the project is to prevent and control the anticipated flow of burned debris, sediment, and other materials from the Ken Fire burn area and consequently protect the structural integrity of the exisitng culvert, and Interstate 15 during project construction.
