Document Description
Construct a 75 foot long bridge structure along a portion of the Dipsea Trail below Muir Woods Road to reconnect that portion of trail in order to keep trail users from using the shoulder of Muir Woods Road. Work will dig approximately 22 holes, 12 to 24 inches deep to support a pair of bridge legs spaced 4 feet apart and every 8 feet along the route, place lateral bracing between each of the legs and build the bridge deck. In addition, minor digging will be required at each end of the structure to complete the transition between the bridge and existing trail segments.
