Document Description
Reestablish the picnic area at Millerton Point Day Use Area in Tomales Bay State Park by installing eleven picnic tables with barbeques, making the restroom accessible and adding accessible parking to improve visitor facilities. Work will excavate eleven eight inch diameter holes two feet deep, install barbeques and backfill with concrete; modify interior of vault restroom to meet accessibility requirements; and add compacteed road base to level 1800 square feet including a parking area and paths of travel.

Project consists of operation, maintenance, and minor alteration of existing public facilities involving negligble expansion of use beyond current levels, replacement of existing facilities where the new facility will be located on the same site as the structure replaced and will have substantially the same purpose and capacity as the structure replaced; the construction and location of limited numbers of new small structues; and the minor public alteration in the condition of land and vegetation, which dose not involve the removal of mature, scenic trees included as "modifications of existing facilities for handicap access"in accordance with CCR section 15300.4.
