Document Description
The 2002 Point of Delivery Agreement among DWR, CLWA and KCWA (SWPAO# 02015), dated December 19, 2002, provides for storage of up to 24,000 acre-feet of CLWA's 2002 approved Table A water in Semitropic Groundwater Banking and Exchange Program, and for the future return of such water of CLWA by December 31, 2012. This Amendment extends the term of the 2002 Point of Delivery Agreement to December 31, 2022, or until the delivery of all return water has been completed.
