Document Description
The 2003 Point of Delivery Agreement among DWR, CLWA and KCWA (SWPAO #03060), dated February 13, 2004, provides for storage of up to 35,000 acre-feet of CLWA's 2003 approved Table A water in Semitropic Groundwater Banking and Exchange Program, and for the future return of such water to CLWA by March 31, 2024, or unit the delivery of all return water has been completed.
