Document Description
The project proposes to line 0.4 acres of earthen streambed bank and bottom with concrete, fully modifying the streambed. The Permittee proposes to construct a concrete lined ditch, 2,200 feet in length with a bottom width of 6.5 feet and a depth of 2.5 to 3.5 feet. The project will continue the connection between an existing concrete ditch and a detention basin before flowing into the Arroyo Conejo. Project activities associated with impacts shall not exceed December 31, 2012.
