Document Description
The proposed project would result in demolition of the existing Main House within the Park. A new single-story, up to 13,000 square foot library would be constructed generally within the Main House footprint. Some of the existing uses (e.g., meetings, classes, events) currently accommodated at the main House may be absorbed by other facilities within the Park. The existing library building, which is located at 2 Dinkelspiel (Station) Land, would be repurposed for storage, Town offices or other civic use. Required project approvals would include a General Plan Amendment, Zoning Amendment, and Park Master Plan Amendment.
