- Document Description
- A final map subdivision of an approximately 2.5 acre parcel into 10 lots for single family residential development. Lot sizes range from 6,000 to 14,348 s.f. (net). The project proposes a detention basin to be located at the southeast corner of the site. A Special Permit is required to reduce the stream and wetland buffer and allow the implementation of a native planting plan within the stream and wetland areas. An exception to the solar access standards is requested for lots 3-7. The subdivision will be served by community water and sewer.
