Document Description
Implementation of the already approved, Central Estuary Area Plan by adopting an Ordinance. (1) Containing amendments to the Oakland Containing Code establishing new zoning districts for the Central Estuary areas to encourage a mix of industrial, commercial and residential districts and other sections of the Oakland Planning Code; and (3) amending the Oakland Zoning Map consistent with the proposed new zoning. The zoning amendments are part of the Central Estuary Area Plan (CEAP). The CHEAP is a 20-year planning document for modifies and/or clarifies land used and associated densities within the Central Estuary area in the City of Oakland.
