The project includes the preparation of the Draft Central Estuary Implementation Guide (a 20 year planning document), Draft General Plan Amendments, Draft Zoning Code Amendments, and Draft Design Guidelines to facilitate 420 new residential dwelling units, 374,857 sf of industrial development, 712,022 sf of commercial and office development and 10.7 acres of parks.
