Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2012-0043-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, California Department of Parks and Recreation. The project is limited to work within about 1,000 feet of a historically channelized and straightened portion of Cold Creek for the purpose of restoring natural geomorphic and ecological processes and floodplain habitat and reducing sediment discharge to the Truckee River, as described in the notification.
