The project is new construction on parcels with a combined total of 4.25 acres of the following: 6,000 s.f. convenience store, a drive-thru car wash facility; fuel canopy with 8 fuel islands; a diesel fuel canopy with 5 fuel islands; a tractor-trailer truck wash facility; and a 4,000 s.f. family restaurant with a drive thru. The vehicle wash facilities will use recycled water. The project will supply 80 parking spaces for Class C vehicles. The project will also provide for the widening of Crocker Drive to allow for dual left turns onto Vaca Valley Parkway. Additionally, solar panels will be installed on all roof tops.
