Document Description
The San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) is proposing the Peninsula Pipelines Seismic Upgrade project, which includes six project components at five different locations on the San Francisco Peninsula in San Mateo County, in the cities of Colma, South San Francisco, San Bruno and Millbrae. The proposed project consists of upgrades to three Regional Water System water transmission pipelines, San Andreas Pipelines No. 2 and 3 as well as Sunset Supply Branch Pipeline, to increase pipeline reliability during potential seismic events. The proposed project is one of several pipeline and facility improvement projects that the SFPUC proposes to implement under the SFPUC's Water System Improvement Program.
