Document Description
The project involves: 1) City Council approval of a rezoning to amend the Airport Industrial Park Planned Development Land Use Map to change the land use designation of the Costco site from Industrial/Auto Commercial and Light Manufacturing/Mixed Use to Retail Commercial; 2) Planning Commission approval of a site development permit to allow construction of up to a 148,000 sq. ft. Costco store, 20-pump fueling station, up to 607 parking stalls, landscaping and associated site improvements on a 15.33 acres parcel; 3) City approval of a consolidation and reconfiguration of parcels to create the Costco parcel; and, 4) Implementation of Agreement ("Agreement") between the City of Ukiah and Costco Wholesale Corporation to effectuate the conveyance of real property and related matters.
